After clarification request, please find below the details:

1. Process & Technical Requirements

Confirmation of the steam capacity, the technical specification refers to both:

1. • Minimum 600 kg/h at 10 barg, and
   • 500–650 kg/h at 10 barg.
   • We need to have one ton Per hour capacity boiler in  10 bar

Confirmation of the required design capacity and operating range:

1. Please confirm whether saturated steam is required or if any specific steam quality requirements apply.: Saturated normal steam 
2. Please advise whether a minimum boiler efficiency is required and, if so, the target value : The target value is 80%
3. Please confirm the expected operating schedule (hours per day and days per year) : When we consider three shift production 22 hours /310 days per year

2. Fuel Specifications

   We are mixting both palm fibres and Palm kernel shell.

3. Whether the palm fiber will be used fresh or partially dried before combustion

We are currently utilizing the fresh fiber . Furthermore, we plan to install equipment to process briquettes and pellets for use as fuel in the future. So when you design the fire grate please consider this point 

4. Water Requirements

Please provide the feedwater quality requirements, including:

Feed water : - Aspect    :  colourless, limpid, pure

pH                    :  higher than 8,5

total hardness    :  none (0.1 F)

dissolved O2       :  less than 0.05 mg/l

dissolved CO2    :  none

oil                     :  less than 1 mg/l

organic matters  :  less than 10 mg/l (expressed  KMnO4)

floating dust       :  none

Fe++                :  less than 0.1 mg/l

Cu+                  :  less than 0.1 mg/l

Filtration requirements: As we have RO units with TDS control and softner : Ph Boosters and Anti Scaling solutions (Dossing ) can be an option 

Please confirm whether water treatment equipment is required within the supplier's scope of supply: Yes , Indeed boiler supplier can recommend thier feed water requirements   

If available, please share a water analysis report for the intended installation sites: We don't have it 

5. Mechanical & Electrical Requirements

1. The specification indicates that the painting class is "to be defined." Please confirm the required painting/coating system for the outdoor tropical environment: As the boiler supplier knows ,you can do the good quality high temperature resistance pain coat and thermal insulation 
2. Please confirm whether any emission limits or environmental compliance requirements apply to the boiler system: No, we are working in remote areas , But we can consider the regulations of village areas , like chimney height and dust collector ducts and Bins 
3. Please confirm whether any preferred control system, PLC, instrumentation, or electrical component brands are required.: If the boiler is designed with a FD and ID fan then it requires a switching  starting system . But without PLC . We wish to have a FD fan with a potentiometer to regulate the speed (Small VFD ) , Your suggestions are also highly appreciated 

6. Installation & Site Information

1. Please provide any available information regarding foundations, civil interfaces, and space constraints for the installation sites: to be discussed after tender award
2. Please confirm the available site utilities and connection points for water and electrical supply : Our scope 
3. Please confirm whether the supplier's scope is limited to erection and commissioning supervision, or if installation services are also required: Once we received  the Boiler Data sheet we can discuss on this matter 

7. Spare Parts & Warranty

1. Please confirm the required warranty period and warranty coverage: Depends on the boiler companies , We wish to have 10 Years of Warranty 
2. Please confirm whether there is a mandatory spare parts list for the two-year operational period: Yes there will be a spare list for the next five years , After receiving the TDS of  boiler we can list that 

8. Logistics & Delivery

1. Although delivery is requested on a CIF Mombasa basis, please confirm the final project locations and whether all three units will ultimately be installed in the Mutwanga area, North Kivu, DRC: YES we confirm
2. Please confirm whether customs clearance and inland transportation beyond Mombasa are excluded from the supplier's scope: YES we confirm

9. Tender Requirements

1. Please provide details of the required supporting documents demonstrating technical capacity, financial capacity, and relevant experience, as referenced in the Instructions to Tenderers: any documents that can prove your experience, customers references : No requirement
2. Please confirm whether any factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), or performance tests are required prior to final acceptance: No requirement
